Fantasy Baseball Spot Starter Pickups For Wednesday 5/4/11

Got no sleep last night and am horribly tired today.... so posting my Wednesday starter recommendation early before any Tuesday games start, so I can get some sleep.

Vance Worley (0.5%) - Philadelphia Phillies vs Washington Nationals - 7:05 PM

Worley looked good his first game out against the Mets, and is the best option on an otherwise poor starter day.  He showed strong strikeout potential throughout the minors and looks to be able to still strike guys out well in limited time as a major leaguer.  Everyone else available today is either been pitching poorly or has a poor match-up, so just ride Worley here for solid ERA WHIP and some strikeouts to go with a good shot at a win.
