Posting real late tonight so don't have time for the full rundown.  Perils of being a one man show every day.  Wolf delivered a good start, and Nova got beat up.  It shouldn't have been as bad as it was with Nova, but Jeter committed an error that was changed to a hit for some strange reason.

Two more guys coming up here.  Even with Nova's bad start, the weekly stats are still hot.  Keep riding it here Sunday night...

Sunday's Starter Recommendation One - Vance Worley - Philadelphia Phillies at New York Mets - 1:10 PM ET - 3.7% Owned in ESPN Leagues

Worley has bounced between the bullpen, the minors, and the rotation throughout the year as injuries have dictated, but has delivered in every role.  He already has pitched six innings of shut out ball against the Mets this year, and that was at home at Citizens Bank Park.  Now he gets to play them at the pitcher-friendly confines of Citi Field. He wasn't great in his last start, but even without his best stuff he was still solid against the strong Reds' Offense.  I trust him to deliver around six solid innings here and have a shot to pick up a win in the Phillies/Mets Rivalry

Sunday's Starter Recommendation Two - Ryan Dempster - Chicago Cubs vs Pittsburgh Pirates - 2:20 PM ET - 40.2% Owned in ESPN Leagues

It's not a great starter day here on Sunday night, so the inconsistent Dempster gets the nod here in the second starter spot.  His ERA on the year is still an ugly 6.29, but he's only had one bad start over his last five outings and has been delivering the strikeouts whether successful or not.  The Pirates had a solid outing last night, but haven't been hot lately.  Dempster should be able to hold them down and deliver on the strikeouts in an easy matchup.  Play him today and realize that even if you get Nova-like results, at least there will be strikeouts.

Saturday's Deep League Recommendation - Guillermo Moscoso - Oakland Athletics vs Baltimore Orioles - 4:05 PM ET - 0.3% Owned in ESPN Leagues

Moscoso hasn't shown much so far in his career, but his strikeouts per nine in the minors have been solid and he is in a solid pitching situation.  He gets to pitch in Oakland and is playing the Orioles offense here on Sunday night.  He's probably not owned even in your deep leagues.  Pick him up and start him in confidence here on Sunday night and enjoy any results that you get.

Good luck Sunday everyone.  Coming back Monday to start week nine and deliver a pickup and drop recommendation.
