Garcia came out on Monday and turned in a very average performance on the way to a win.  The 3.52 ERA and 1.17 WHIP weren't great, but they aren't going to hurt you either and if it gets you a win for free, it's totally worth the start.

Wednesday has plenty of guys available to choose from below the fifty percent owned line, but they are all guys with bad stats or guys who you can't trust right now.  I'd like to pick Cory Luebke, but he's up above the 50% owned line still.  So it's going to be a risky pick here...

Wednesday's Starter Recommendation - Phil Hughes - New York Yankees vs Seattle Mariners - 1:05 PM ET - 31.7% Owned in ESPN Leagues

Look...I don't like it either, but there really isn't much else out there.  John Danks is just one start off the DL and draws the fairly hot Tigers offense, so I don't like him much here.  Bronson Arroyo hasn't pitched a quality start in over a month.  Carlos Zambrano hasn't been consistent in a while and has been bad on the road in general so he's not going to be the choice at Milwaukee.  It basically came down to Hughes or John Lackey, and there's no way I'm going down with Lackey again here.  I'll take Hughes for a bounce back here.  He is facing the worst offense in the league who would have probably been perfect gamed by CC Sabathia if not for a half hour rain delay last night.  Hughes should get the job done even if he doesn't have his stuff all the way back.

Thats it... No real alternate here today.  If you can't get Luebke or Hughes, just take the pass here.
