First, sorry for labeling yesterday's post as Friday, just brainfarted.

Luebke is just starting to pitch as i write this, so it's right on to the Sunday starter...

Sunday's Recommended Starter - Matt Harrison - Texas Rangers at Seattle Mariners - 4:10 PM ET - 30.4% Owned in ESPN Leagues

Standard play here.  Decent strikeout pitcher coming off a good start going into Seattle.  It's not the most hard hitting analysis, but its the relevant information.  If you need the numbers, his 5.74 K/9 isn't great, but it's better than almost any other pitcher below the 50% owned line.  His last start came against Oakland, who he shut out over 7.2 innings in Texas.  Pitching in Safeco is every pitchers' dream, and Harrison should have no problem at all with the Seattle lineup.  All clear for all starters today.

Sunday's Alternate Recommendation - Joel Pineiro - Los Angeles Angels at Oakland Athletics - 4:05 PM ET - 11.2% Owned in ESPN Leagues

He doesn't have the strikeout ability of Harrison, but Pineiro is a classic innings eater.  There is no way he doesn't go at least seven innings here at the Coliseum.  He'll give you plenty of bang for your starter buck innings wise and keep the ERA and WHIP at respectable levels.  The Angels have been on a bit of a hot streak lately, winning 17 of their last 22 games dating back to Mid-June.  Pineiro should have a great shot of picking up a win Sunday.

That's the pickup news for the day.  The Lockout looks like it should be over by the end of the week, so it's going to be a crazy ramp-up of football coverage once that happens.

Good Luck Sunday.
