Late small post today because I fell asleep at my computer last night and never wrote this up.  Want to get it out as quick as possible so people do have a chance to see it and update their rosters before games start at 1:10.

Both Worley and Karstens have been great to start this Week 14.  14 Innings in the book already with just a solo home run keeping them from being scoreless.  Two wins in two starts also never hurt anyone.

Wednesday starter coming up....

Wednesday's Starter Recommendation - Jason Vargas - Seattle Mariners at Oakland Athletics - 3:35 PM ET - 34.1% Owned in ESPN Leagues

I could basically just copy and paste what I wrote for Vargas in his last outing, just substituting the Athletics for the Padres.  Vargas has been quietly fantasy useful for a while now, and is a no brainer start against poor opposition like the Athletics.  He's going to get to play in the pitcher friendly confines of the Coliseum, and shouldn't have a problem mowing down the As.  He is coming off a complete game shut out against the Padres so there is a bit of a fatigue worry, but considering it's going to be his last start until the All-Star Break, they shouldn't stop him from going deep into the game.  Vargas is a definite start here, and Guillermo Moscoso makes a good alternate option for a starter if you need one.

That's a wrap today folks.  Sorry there's only an hour between post time and roster lock today.
